Return Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund you'll need to provide a valid claim & proof of said claim. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

List of valid claims: • Item never arrived • Item arrived broken • Item arrived defective • Item not delivered after 40 days

You can request to edit your order within 24 hours after order placement. (or before it is shipped) You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours after order placement.

We CANNOT cancel orders after they are processed* We have a 14-day refund window after package arrival, valid refund claims are listed above. To start a refund, you can contact us at Mambokidz.shop@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation (if applicable) 

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of your order. If 12 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t cancel your order or refund you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
